Belkin Launches Ultracharge Pro 3-in-1: Next-Gen Qi2 25W Charging Hits Store Shelves
Delivering 25W across an induction coil generates substantial heat. To prevent thermal throttling, Belkin rebuilt the magnetic assembly with an array of neodymium magnets matched to custom copper winding coils. The primary magnetic puck functions as a MagSafe compatible dock that latches onto modern smartphones with 16 Newtons of magnetic pull strength, keeping large phones secure in both portrait and landscape orientations.
The lower half of the device handles peripheral duties. A dedicated Apple Watch fast charger sits on an elevated secondary perch, supporting watch fast charging that brings an Apple Watch Series 7 or newer from zero to 80 percent in approximately 45 minutes. Tucked into the weighted base rests a recessed 5W AirPods wireless charging base, designed to prevent charging cases from drifting off the coil overnight.
Powering the entire apparatus requires serious juice. Belkin bundles a compact GaN-based USB-C Power Delivery power brick rated at 65W, accompanied by a 1.5-meter braided USB-C cable. Supplying a generous power brick in the box is an intentional design choice; running a 25W phone coil, an 8W watch puck, and a 5W base pad concurrently demands continuous, clean wattage headroom that standard phone chargers cannot deliver.
