Q1: What happens if I die after planting an MS2000 marker on a vehicle?
A1: If the 30-second placement countdown finishes before you die, the task objective saves permanently. You do not need to mark that specific vehicle again. If you die while the timer is still ticking down, the marker is lost and the objective resets for that vehicle.
Q2: Do I need to place all vehicle markers in a single Streets raid?
A2: No. Peacekeeper allows cumulative progress across multiple deployments. You can mark one or two vehicles, successfully extract or perish, and return in subsequent raids to mark the remaining targets.
Q3: Can other players pick up or destroy my marker once placed?
A3: Enemy PMCs and Scavs cannot dismantle or steal an MS2000 Marker once the interaction starts. However, they can camp the vehicle and eliminate you while you wait out the 30-second timer, so never stand directly over the device.
