Fact Check: Does 'Iron Lung' Include a Secret Post-Credits Teaser or Sequel Setup?
The choice to bypass a post-credit stinger solidifies Iron Lung as a focused experiment in psychological tension. In an era dominated by sprawling cinematic universes and calculated franchise teasers, Mark Fischbach’s decision to cut directly to black honors the unyielding, claustrophobic dread of David Szymanski’s original game. Viewers who step out of the auditorium the moment the blood breaches the screen miss nothing: the story is complete, the submarine is gone, and the silence that follows is entirely intentional.
