From Viral Tiktok Build to Stream Unboxing: the Complete Caseoh Crochet Timeline
Q1: Who created the giant CaseOh crochet plush?
The plush was conceived, engineered, and hand-crocheted by 19-year-old Clovis, California fiber artist Crochet Ginger, who documented the entire multi-month build on her social media channels.
Q2: Why was the plush commissioned in the first place?
The CEO behind the upcoming indie game Waterpark Simulator commissioned the build in late October 2025 as a bold, out-of-the-box promotional push designed to surprise CaseOh during a live stream.
Q3: Did the plush qualify for a Guinness World Record?
Crochet Ginger officially submitted documentation, physical measurements, and continuous build footage to Guinness World Records in February 2026 for the category of largest free-standing crocheted character sculpture, with final adjudicator review slated for later in the year.
Q4: Where will the massive plush stay permanently?
While initial stream space was tight, CaseOh confirmed during the broadcast that the custom yarn double would remain a permanent set fixture in his broadcast area, regularly appearing in the background of his streams.
