How to Make Wood in Little Alchemy: Fact-Checking Every Recipe Path
A search through gaming forums yields plenty of bogus recipe suggestions. Many players claim combining Fire and Tree directly produces Wood. It does not. Applying heat to plant matter triggers oxidation, creating Ash, Smoke, or Charcoal.
Another persistent myth involves the Lightning element. Forum threads frequently suggest zapping a Forest or Tree will splinter it into timber. In practice, running Lightning into botanical elements yields Fire or Ash.
Similarly, attempting to use Lightning on Mud will generate Life, but applying electricity to flora yields zero harvestable lumber. You cannot bypass the metallurgy and toolmaking branch.
The most common point of confusion is Time. In the original Little Alchemy web edition, Time was introduced as an automatic progression reward rather than a craftable starting block. If your game version lacks Time, make Tree by combining Plant with Big (itself crafted from Stone and Life).
