Inside Space Club Dumbo: Photos, Play Zones, and What Your Kids Experience
Q1: Do parents have to pay full admission to enter Space Club?
A1: No. One adult admission is typically included with the purchase of a child ticket. Additional adults accompanying the same child pay a reduced guest admission ranging from $10 to $15 depending on the day.
Q2: What should children and adults wear to open play sessions?
A2: All children must wear grip socks to prevent slipping on smooth climbing surfaces and timber steps. Adults are required to wear regular socks. Shoes, bare feet, and stroller wheels are strictly prohibited beyond the reception gate.
Q3: Can you drop your child off, or is continuous adult supervision required?
A3: Space Club is not a licensed drop-off childcare facility. Parents or dedicated caregivers must remain on the premises for the entirety of the open play session, though supervision can be conducted comfortably from the seating lounge.
Q4: Is the facility accessible via public transportation?
A4: Yes. The space sits within an 8-to-10-minute walk from the York Street F train station and roughly 12 minutes from the High Street A/C station. The Dumbo ferry terminal at Brooklyn Bridge Park is also within easy walking distance.
