Is the Bridgerton Polly Pocket Real? Release Details and Collab Facts
The exterior shell eschews standard neon plastic for an ornate, gilded Regency motif molded in soft wisteria and regal gold. Designed as a miniature architectural showcase, the clamshell opens into a two-level miniature dollhouse depicting a Mayfair estate during a high-society soirée.
The interior architecture highlights the high drama of the series. The ground floor features a polished ballroom floor with a rotating mechanical disc, allowing miniature figures to waltz beneath an acrylic chandelier. Ascending the miniature staircase reveals a mezzanine library and a balcony retreat complete with velvet-flocked draping. Hidden compartments throughout the set evoke the show’s central intrigue: a sliding bookshelf conceals an engraved micro-printing of Lady Whistledown’s Society Paper.
Mattel produced three inch-tall figures for the set: Penelope Featherington, Colin Bridgerton, and Queen Charlotte. Penelope arrives clad in an empire-waist gown with an articulated carriage basket, while Colin sports a tailored cravat and tailcoat. The Queen perches on a raised dais, flanked by her trademark Pomeranian companion. The package presentation resembles an antique leather-bound novel, allowing adult collectors to display the item closed on a bookshelf or open behind glass.
