Jeremy Allen White Height Comparison: Standing Beside Zac Efron and Co-Stars
The true acid test for White's height came during the promotion and release of A24’s biographical sports drama *The Iron Claw*. Playing the real-life Von Erich brothers required portraying Texas wrestling royalty, men renowned for their massive, imposing bodies. In reality, Kerry Von Erich, whom White portrayed, stood 6 feet 2 inches. Recreating that stature alongside co-stars with vastly different natural builds forced directors and costume departments to confront real-world scale.
On red carpets from Dallas to London, the side-by-side differentials were on full display:
Zac Efron, portraying Kevin Von Erich, stands officially at 5 feet 8 inches (173 cm). When positioned next to White on flat surfaces without combat boots, the two men look almost level. Efron maintains roughly an inch advantage, though variations in dress shoes and Cuban heels regularly blurred the difference across award-season carpets.
Harris Dickinson, cast as David Von Erich, measures 6 feet 2 inches (188 cm). In group photos, Dickinson visibly leans down or bends his knees to keep group portraits balanced, towering seven inches over White. Holt McCallany, playing family patriarch Fritz Von Erich, brings an authentic 6-foot-1-inch frame with broad shoulders, physically dominating both White and Efron during the film's tense dinner table sequences.
