Amouranth and Nick Lee Peru Incident Timeline: from Hotel Room Argument to Police Response
As the broadcast continued with muffled shouting, online moderators and observant viewers recognized the urgency. Using details from the trip's earlier public check-ins, concerned followers reached out to the venue's front desk while local bilingual community members contacted emergency services in Peru. Hotel security personnel knocked on the door shortly after to check on Siragusa’s safety.
Peruvian police (Policía Nacional del Perú) arrived at the scene shortly afterward to evaluate the situation. Officers interviewed both individuals in separate rooms to diffuse tension, determine whether physical violence had occurred, and ensure no immediate threat remained. The broadcast was abruptly terminated during the security check, leaving viewers waiting hours for confirmation that Siragusa was safe.
