The Complete Guide to Jj’s Kids: Characters, Real Cast, and Trivia
Q1: What are the real names and ages of the kids in CoComelon?
The three children in the main household are TomTom (age seven), YoYo (age five), and JJ (Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt, age two to three). Their close preschool friends include Cody, Cece, Nina, Bella, and Nico.
Q2: Why do search queries confuse JJ's kids with Criminal Minds?
Search engines cross-index character names across popular culture. Agent Jennifer "JJ" Jareau from *Criminal Minds* has two on-screen children, Henry and Michael, played by actress A.J. Cook's real-life sons Mekhai and Phoenix Andersen. This creates persistent overlaps with queries about *CoComelon*’s toddler star.
Q3: Who voices JJ, and why do voice credits change over time?
JJ and his siblings are voiced primarily by real child performers rather than adult sound-alike actors. Because children's voices naturally deepen as they grow, Moonbug Entertainment periodically recasts the roles to maintain JJ’s consistent, authentic toddler sound.
