Witnessing their older brother headline a network primetime sitcom demystified the audition room for Tyrel and Tylen. Tyrel Jackson Williams quickly demonstrated an innate gift for physical comedy, landing the role of Leo Dooley on Disney XD's Lab Rats in 2012. The sci-fi comedy ran for four seasons and nearly 90 episodes, turning Tyrel into an international fixture for young viewers while demanding rigorous multi-camera production schedules.

Tylen Jacob Williams followed an equally demanding track. In 2013, he secured the role of James Phillips on Nick at Nite's family comedy Instant Mom, starring alongside Tia Mowry. For three seasons and 65 episodes, Tylen carried primary comedic subplots, demonstrating sharp timing and expressive presence. Across the mid-2010s, all three brothers were working full-time on rival cable and network schedules simultaneously, yet family discussions rarely revolved around ratings or executive meetings.
