Who Is Lisa Boyer? Bio, Salary, Career Milestones, and Faqs
Watch the South Carolina bench during an SEC matchup and Boyer's responsibilities become obvious within minutes. Staley paces the sideline, managing emotional tempers, talking to officials, and reading the broader flow of play. Boyer sits just off the sideline with a clipboard, tracking paint touches, shot-clock execution, and defensive switch communications.
Her specialty remains big-player development and baseline action. Boyer played a pivotal role in the technical growth of frontcourt stars like A'ja Wilson, Aliyah Boston, and Kamilla Cardoso. She works daily on low-post footwork, teaching centers how to seal defenders without picking up offensive fouls and how to pass out of double teams to shooters stationed on the weak-side wing. South Carolina’s dominant rebounding margins and disciplined rim protection start in Boyer's practice drills.
